I am seeking a detail-oriented Document Controller to manage product data, engineering change documentation, and quality system records within a technical manufacturing environment. The role focuses on maintaining accurate document control, supporting engineering change processes, and ensuring compliance with ISO quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, log, and manage product data including Bills of Materials and engineering change requests.
- Support engineering change management and approval workflows.
- Maintain accurate documentation with strong version control and data integrity.
- Ensure proper storage and easy retrieval of technical and quality documentation.
- Input technical data into company systems with high accuracy.
- Support improvements to product data management and documentation processes.
- Assist with maintaining ISO-compliant quality management documentation.
Experience & Skills Required
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in document control, data management, or a similar role.
- Understanding of manufacturing processes and ISO 9001 requirements.
- Experience with PLM/PDM systems, SharePoint, Excel, Word, and technical tools such as AutoCAD.
