I’m looking for a proactive Corporate Sales Administrator to join a fantastic Corporate Sales team. You’ll play a key role in keeping sales operations running smoothly, supporting the team with everything from vehicle orders to sales reporting, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Job duties:

  • Provide administrative support across multiple brands and dealerships.
  • Coordinate vehicle orders with Sales and Supply teams to meet showroom, demonstrator, and customer requirements.
  • Manage all pre-delivery admin: registrations, insurance, road tax, and more.
  • Support invoicing and ensure all sales costs are accurately captured.
  • Keep the sales team updated on order status and any issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of vehicle job sheets, stock lists, and pre-delivery work hours.
  • Ensure proper authorisation for new stock and assist with dealership financial reporting.
  • Handle banking tasks and help Sales Managers locate vehicles when needed.
  • Promote a positive, collaborative team environment.
  • Take on other reasonable tasks as needed to support the team.
