Part Time Senior Marketing Executive Maternity Cover
Key Publishing is Europe’s foremost Transport publisher, producing market-leading magazines within all sectors of aviation, rail, bus and modelling publications such as FlyPast, Airliner World, Modern Railways and Hornby magazine. We are currently seeking a talented Senior Marketing Executive to work in our busy marketing team; this is a hybrid role.
Role Summary
To assist the Marketing Manager in developing and implementing innovative marketing campaigns to grow our direct sales of all Key products and services. This role is pivotal in delivering marketing campaigns across multiple channels to maximise revenue of magazines, specials, books and events as determined by the company’s strategy.
Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities
- Grow revenue to the Key Shop: working with the Marketing Manager to drive sales with a strong ROI for all products and services.
- Implement omnichannel marketing campaigns: working with the Marketing Manager and Publishers to deliver email, social, display, PPC and re-marketing campaigns that will both engage and delight our consumer audiences.
- Data acquisition and enrichment: implement campaigns to grow audiences and our knowledge about them to help feed the funnel to purchase.
- Manage inhouse advertising schedule: as determined by the business’ strategic priorities, make optimum use of owned inventory on page and across digital properties.
- Manage the creation of creative assets: briefing on-brand assets and writing compelling marketing copy that engages our audience segments.
- Key Publishing Events: delivery the marketing plan and objectives as agreed with the marketing manager and publisher.
Responsibilities:
- Creating, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns across owned and paid digital channels to maximise direct product sales revenue.
- Support the roll-out of automated marketing campaigns and journeys that support efficient cross-sell and up-sell opportunities for all products and services.
- Brief creative assets to designers that are brand and audience fit.
- Continually test and improve campaign creative, copy, and audience targeting to ensure campaign optimisation, using analytics data to inform strategy.
- Monitor campaign performance and report relevant KPIs to help inform future strategy.
- Work with the Marketing Manager to outline product membership and club opportunities.
- Work with the marketing manager to increase data acquisition across all channels.
You will have:
- Minimum of two years of marketing experience.
- Working Knowledge of Google Ads, and email marketing.
- Experience of managing social media platforms.
- Experience in reporting activities and outcomes.
- Creating detailed briefs.
- Strong content creation and copywriting skills.
