We are looking for an organised and customer‑focused Internal Sales Administrator to join our team in Dundee. This full‑time, office‑based role will support the sales function by processing orders, managing customer accounts and providing excellent administrative and customer service support. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth sales operations, accurate order handling, and positive customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process customer sales orders accurately and efficiently
  • Provide administrative support to the internal and external sales teams
  • Act as a point of contact for customer enquiries via phone and email
  • Prepare quotations and follow up on sales enquiries
