We are looking for a Customer Service Assistant to join the team with our Fife based client.
- Working 35 hours a week Monday to Friday with the possibility of occasional overtime.
- Providing administrative and operational support to the operations team (people, systems, processes).
- Working with internal and external stakeholders and as a member of the accreditation team to provide a first-class experience to staff, contractors, volunteers and guests by ensuring appropriate access into and within sites.
Requirements:
- Scottish National 5 qualifications in English and Maths, or equivalent.
- Ability to learn and use technological systems.
- Experience using Microsoft Office packages, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
