We are looking for someone to support the smooth delivery of catering operations with our Fife based client. This role is perfect for someone highly organised, detail‑driven, and experienced in catering or major event operations.
THE ROLE
- Coordinate catering projects, managing timelines, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
- Act as a key point of contact during planning and onsite operations.
- Prepare agendas, take minutes, track actions, and maintain organised departmental documentation.

REQUIREMENTS
