About this role Key Partnership Recruitment is delighted to be working exclusively with our client to recruit a Commercial Contracts Manager. This is a brand-new role for the company, focussed on managing and negotiating contracts with Occupational Health Customers. Your primary focus will be on ensuring favourable terms and conditions, securing commercially viable and compliant terms. This role requires excellent negotiation skills, with a deep understanding of contract law and commercial practices. This role will partner closely with the Sales Team, Commercial Team (Bid Writing etc), as well as customers directly.
