Key Health is proud to provide professional, reliable, and person-centred care across the UK. We’re currently recruiting Support Workers in Blackpool (FY1) for a temporary-to-permanent role, with a 12-week probation before transitioning into a permanent position.

The Role:

  • Support adults with learning disabilities, autism, and epilepsy to live as independently as possible and participate in their communities.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Providing person-centred care and daily living support
  • Encouraging independence and community involvement
  • Monitoring wellbeing and updating care records
  • Working as part of a supportive and collaborative team

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of UK-based experience in a care or support role, including experience supporting individuals with learning disabilities
  • Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship)
  • Two references covering the last 4 years (one must be your most recent employer)
  • Enhanced DBS on the update service (desirable)
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a car (desirable)

Hours & Pay:

  • Full-time: 37.5 hours per week on a flexible rota (including evenings, weekends, and public holidays)
  • Pay during probation:
  • £15.80/hour (Weekdays)
  • £16.00/hour (Nights/Weekends)
