An expanding specialist education provider is seeking a passionate and resilient SEND Teacher (Autism / SEMH) to join a newly established secondary school supporting pupils aged 11–16. This role focuses on delivering a nurture-based, structured and personalised learning approach for young people with:

  • Autism (ASC)
  • Social communication needs
  • Emotional regulation challenges & Sensory processing differences

You will play a key role in creating a safe, consistent and engaging learning environment where students can thrive both academically and emotionally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality, differentiated teaching tailored to individual needs
  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned to the national curriculum

  • Work collaboratively with therapists, support staff and leadership teams
