We are now looking to appoint an experienced and motivated Project Manager to lead services supporting adults with learning disabilities and mental health needs in Blackpool. 🧩 The Role As Project Manager, you will: * Develop and coordinate a high-quality, flexible support service * Lead and supervise a staff team delivering person-centred care * Support service users to live independently, improve wellbeing, and reach personal goals * Ensure services meet all compliance and contractual standards, including CQC regulations * Drive continuous improvement through feedback and outcome tracking * Promote dignity, rights, and anti-discriminatory practice at all times ✅ What We’re Looking For * Minimum 3 years’ experience supporting adults with learning disabilities or mental health needs in the UK * At least 1 year in a supervisory or managerial role within a similar service * Strong understanding of the Mental Capacity Act, DoLS, and CQC compliance * Relevant qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 4/5, RMA, or Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care) * Right to work in the UK (sponsorship not available) * Two references covering the last 4 years, one from your most recent employer * Enhanced DBS on the update service (desirable) * Full UK driving licence and access to a car (desirable) 🕒 Working Hours * 37.5 hours per week * Flexibility required, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays, based on service needs ✨ Why Join Key Health?
