We are recruiting for an experienced Registered Manager to lead a specialist children’s residential service supporting young people with complex mental health needs.   • Lead the day-to-day management of the home in line with Ofsted regulations

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience as a Registered Manager within a children’s home or a strong Deputy looking to step up.

  • Experience supporting young people with:
    • Mental health needs
    • Emotional and behavioural challenges
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (or working towards)
  • Confident leader with a track record of improving services
