How to prepare for a job interview at Key Health

Know Your Client's Needs

Familiarise yourself with conditions like Parkinson’s and think about how you can provide the best care. This shows that you’re proactive and genuinely interested in making a difference.

Showcase Your Communication Skills

Since the client is softly spoken, it’s crucial to demonstrate your clear communication skills during the interview. Practice speaking slowly and clearly, and be ready to discuss how you would adapt your communication style to meet the client's needs.

Highlight Relevant Experience

Make sure to bring up your previous experience in personal care and manual handling. Be prepared to share specific examples of how you've successfully supported clients in similar situations, as this will help build trust with the interviewer.

Ask Thoughtful Questions

Prepare a few questions to ask at the end of the interview. Inquire about the support team, the working environment, or any challenges the client may face. This not only shows your interest but also helps you gauge if the role is the right fit for you.
