Are you an experienced Healthcare Assistant looking for flexible and rewarding work in the Tonbridge (TN11) area? At Key Health, we’re dedicated to connecting skilled HCAs with high-quality roles across the care sector. We are currently recruiting compassionate and reliable Healthcare Assistants for ongoing assignments within private care settings in and around Tonbridge. If providing outstanding care is what drives you, we’d love to hear from you.

What We Need From You:

  • Minimum 12 months’ experience working as an HCA in the UK
  • Right to work in the UK (please note: visa sponsorship is not available)
  • Two recent professional references (including your most current employer)
  • Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (preferred)
  • Full UK driving licence and access to your own transport (desirable)
  • NVQ Level 2/3 in Health & Social Care or equivalent (desirable)

Pay Rates:

  • Weekdays: £15.80 per hour
  • Nights/Weekends: £16.00 per hour

Work Schedule:

  • Choose your own hours with flexible shift options
  • Potential for regular, ongoing bookings
