We are recruiting for an experienced Registered Manager to lead a specialist children’s residential service supporting young people with complex mental health needs. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day management of the home in line with Ofsted regulations
- Deliver and maintain high-quality, person-centred care
- Drive strong inspection outcomes
