We are recruiting for an experienced Registered Manager to lead a specialist children’s residential service supporting young people with complex mental health needs. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day management of the home in line with Ofsted regulations
- Deliver and maintain high-quality, person-centred care
- Drive strong inspection outcomes
- Recruit, manage and develop a high-performing team

What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Registered Manager within a children’s home or a strong Deputy looking to step up.
- Strong understanding of Ofsted regulations and inspection frameworks
- Experience supporting young people with:
- Mental health needs
- Emotional and behavioural challenges
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (or working towards)
- Confident leader with a track record of improving services
