We are working with a modern, forward-thinking dental practice in Northampton that is seeking an Associate Dentist to join their highly skilled team. This is an exciting opportunity to take over an established and well-maintained patient list with no UDA target and the potential to convert your NHS list to fully private within two years.

Role Details:
- Position: Associate Dentist – NHS/Private
- Location: Northampton
- Start Date: ASAP
- Days: Monday to Friday (Part-Time Considered)
- Hours: 09:00 – 17:30
- Contract Type: Permanent or Locum
Remuneration:
- UDA Rate: £13–£16 per UDA (depending on experience)
- UDA Volume: Unlimited – no target
- Private Split: 50%
- Lab Bill Split: 50%
