About the Role We’re looking for compassionate and reliable Agency Support Workers to join our growing team, supporting individuals with learning disabilities in residential, supported living, and community settings. This is a flexible agency role, ideal for those seeking regular shifts, variety in their work, and the opportunity to make a real difference in people’s lives. Key Responsibilities * Provide personalised care and support for adults with learning disabilities. * Assist with daily living tasks, promoting independence and choice. * Support individuals in social and community activities. * Deliver compassionate care in line with individual support plans. * Accurately record and report on care provided. Requirements * Experience supporting individuals with learning disabilities is essential. * Experience with Epilepsy care is highly desirable. * Knowledge of safeguarding and health & safety practices. * Empathetic, patient, and able to build strong relationships. * Flexibility to work a variety of shifts (days, evenings, weekends). * Valid Right to Work in the UK. * DBS on the Update Service preferred (we can help if you need a new one).
