Specialist Speech and Language Therapist – Clinical Wellbeing Team
We are currently seeking a Specialist Speech and Language Therapist to join a dynamic and supportive Clinical Wellbeing Team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to an expanding clinical provision, delivering impactful and holistic interventions to children and young people in a specialist educational setting.
In this role, you will manage a Speech and Language Therapy caseload and work closely with a well-established multi-disciplinary team. You’ll play a key part in developing assessment and intervention plans, facilitating staff training, engaging in reflective practice, and supporting therapeutic strategies across the setting. This position is ideal for a resilient, enthusiastic professional with a therapeutic mindset and strong organisational skills.
The team is committed to creating a nurturing and inclusive environment where pupils are actively involved in shaping their care and education. Safeguarding and pupil voice are central to the organisation\’s values and practice.

Essential Criteria
- Degree in Speech and Language Therapy
- Registration with HCPC and RCSLT
- Minimum of 5+ years\’ experience in a similar setting, working with complex and diverse communication needs
- Strong background in multi-disciplinary team working and service performance
- Clear, evidence-based clinical reporting and assessment skills
- Experience delivering clinical supervision
- Confidence in leading within multi-professional environments
