Are you an experienced 360 agency recruiter ready to build your own recruitment desk with full support behind you? KTS Group is looking for ambitious recruiters to join as Franchise Partners under our profit share model. You will run your own desk, win and manage clients, place candidates, and grow your own market, while KTS supports you with the tools, tech, compliance, contracts, payroll, invoicing, and back-office infrastructure.
The Opportunity - 360 Recruiter (Agency Only)
We’re hiring recruiters who can:
- Win and manage their own clients
- Run the full 360 recruitment process (contract only)
- Operate independently with full commercial awareness
- Close deals and deliver consistently under time pressure
This is not a resourcer or trainee role. It’s designed for proven billers who want to scale without the burden of building a back office.
