We’re hiring a Lead Clinician (HCPC-registered Practitioner Psychologist) to help launch a brand-new, specialist education setting in Wiltshire , opening Summer 2025 . This is your chance to lead with impact and help build an environment where neurodiverse students truly thrive. Why this role is different: Join a team from day one and help shape the clinical vision and culture Work term-time only with clear boundaries and full-time pay Be part of a mission-driven, trauma-informed setting that values psychology at its core What you’ll do: Lead and develop an on-site clinical team Hold a therapy caseload supporting students with autism, SEMH & developmental trauma Design tailored assessments and interventions Collaborate with senior leadership to build a truly therapeutic educational experience Deliver staff training and shape wellbeing strategy What we’re looking for: HCPC-registered Clinical or Educational Psychologist 3+ years’ experience (including some team leadership) Confident working with neurodivergent profiles Skilled in assessment, EHCPs, and multi-agency settings Full UK driving licence + access to vehicle Even better if you have: Experience in special education A background in service design or clinical innovation What’s in it for you?
