We are looking for a commercially driven Contract Recruiter to join an existing healthcare division operating within the UK private healthcare sector. - You will still be expected to:
- Develop business and build relationships
- Manage contract recruitment processes end-to-end

- Deliver contract placements and grow recurring revenue
- The difference is that you will be operating inside a market that is already active, supported, and understood.
What You’ll Be Doing

- Work warm leads and existing market intelligence
- Build and maintain strong candidate relationships

- Support business development activity within an established market
- Work independently while following the broader franchise strategy
- Represent the KTS and Key Health brand professionally and commercially
What You’ll Get
KTS is designed for recruiters who want independence without operating alone. You will have access to:
- An existing healthcare franchise structure
- A Lead Franchisee with active market knowledge
- Warm client insight and sector intelligence
- Back-office support including compliance, contracts, onboarding, invoicing, payroll, and timesheets
- Recruitment technology, systems, and operational support
- Flexible remote working
- Long-term recurring contract revenue potential
- Performance-led earning potential within the franchise model
Who This Would Suit
You should:
- Have at least 12 months’ experience in contract recruitment
- Be comfortable operating within healthcare, nursing, clinical, medical, care, or similar contract-led sectors
- Be commercially minded and willing to do business development
- Be confident speaking with both clients and candidates
- Be trustworthy, self-motivated, and professional
- Be comfortable working remotely and independently
- Be motivated by flexibility, autonomy, and performance-based reward
This Is Not For
- Trainee recruiters
- Recruiters who avoid business development
- Perm-only recruiters not interested in contract markets
- Individuals requiring heavy management or corporate structures
This opportunity suits recruiters who value freedom but also understand accountability and ownership.
Why Join?
You will be joining an existing healthcare recruitment operation with infrastructure, support, systems, and market direction already in place. You bring the recruitment ability, relationship-building mindset, and commercial drive. The platform, support, compliance, and operational structure are already there.
