Key Partnerships is the intermediary arm of Key Group - a leading provider of Later Life Lending solutions. We support Mortgage Advisers, IFAs and other financial professionals in helping their clients enjoy a better retirement.
We are looking for a Telephone Account Manager (TAM) to deliver exceptional service to our introducers, drive activity across core KP metrics, and help grow our partner network. If you enjoy building relationships, working to targets and being part of a fast‑paced team, this is a fantastic opportunity to develop your career in financial services.
What you’ll be doing:
- Achieve and exceed targets across enquiries, booked appointments and attended appointments
- Deliver excellent inbound and outbound service to introducers and customers
- Handle new introducer calls and promote the full Key Partnerships proposition
- Respond to inbound enquiries professionally and efficiently
- Complete onboarding calls and ensure all FCA checks and CRM records are accurate
- Support business development activity, including outbound calls to new joiners and follow‑ups on marketing campaigns
- Create strong sales opportunities for Partnership Account Managers and Self‑Employed Advisers
Who we’re looking for:
- Confident communicator who enjoys speaking with a wide range of introducers
- Proactive, target‑driven and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment
- Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail
- Positive, resilient, relationship‑builder
- Experience in account management, telesales or customer service is helpful but not essential - attitude and energy matter most
