We are looking for a HRBP to join us, to contribute to the achievement of business objectives and the overall people strategy. We are a busy and fast-paced department with no two days being the same. You will be a central figure in a talented team based in Fulwood, Preston and will work both office-based and remote/hybrid working.
We continually look for ways to develop and improve our HR support and delivery and you will lead on Employee Relation issues and business partner with managers on all ER matters.
Main role and responsibilities:- Operate as a Business Partner for key stakeholders across the Group
- Lead on the development of HR policies, ensuring they align with company values and culture
- Manage HR projects
- Collaborate with colleagues to identify opportunities to drive and maximise employee engagement and experience
- Implement effective performance and talent management initiatives
- Promote the brand as an employer of choice, both internally and externally
- Lead on the digitisation of HR processes to promote a more efficient and enhanced user experience
- Proven track record in the design and maintenance of people initiatives that have improved business growth and performance
- Able to demonstrate strategic level HR Business Partner experience and a thorough understanding of business goals and objectives
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build quick and excellent relationships
- Ability to influence individuals and drive change
- Strong attention to detail, ability to manage priorities and workload, an eagerness to contribute on multiple levels and make timely decisions
- Knowledge of financial services
- Working within a regulated industry
- Knowledge of Workday system would be a nice bonus
