We are looking for a Paralegal to join our expanding team, where you\βll play a key role in mitigating risk by providing support on property-related matters across our lending functions.
This role is ideal for those looking to develop a career in property law. Working closely with our experienced Legal team, you will be supported with practical training and support. This really is a unique chance to gain hands-on experience in property law and a potential Paralegal apprenticeship for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
- Reviewing and interpreting title documents under Solicitor supervision
- Assisting in the delivery of legal services related to property transactions
- Preparing and submitting applications to the Land Registry to discharge mortgages
- Providing support on property-related legal queries within the team
- Conducting legal research to assist with casework
- Offering administrative and legal support across the department

We are looking for candidates who:
