KEY ESG is a high-growth B2B SaaS company enabling global enterprises to simplify and scale how they collect, manage, and report sustainability data across manufacturing plants, portfolio companies, global offices, and supply chains. We serve leading businesses in the UK, Europe, and the US, helping them meet regulator, investor, and stakeholder demands through high-performance data tooling and enterprise-grade workflows. Our software is trusted by leading private equity firms and corporations globally.
We’re looking for a Global Enterprise Account Executive to lead complex, intellectually challenging, multi-stakeholder deals across regions including the UK, Europe, and North America. This is a quota-carrying role where you’ll run consultative sales cycles, from strategic outbound and discovery to stakeholder alignment, value demonstration, and contract close.
We’re seeking a commercially sharp seller with proven ability to harness the power of AI tools to prospect intelligently, tailor outreach, build persuasive value narratives, navigate and close deals. You will be our first team member with boots on the ground in the US and will have a unique opportunity to work with the founders to systematically grow our account base across the USA. The foundations are there as KEY ESG already has a solid customer base in America, but we see ample opportunity to further build on that success and capture value.
- Own and close complex US enterprise deals with multiple senior stakeholders, carefully building the business case through consultative selling.
- Sell into C-level decision-makers with strategic needs across data, compliance, and performance management.
- Apply your strategic understanding of industry shifts, sustainability regulation, and global business operations to help clients navigate sustainability transformation.
- Use your commercial acumen to translate complex challenges into tailored, high-impact solutions that align with their strategic goals.
- Research accounts and buyers deeply.
- Create customized messaging and pitch assets.
- Deliver compelling proposals and articulate value across financial, operational, and sustainability metrics.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional marketing, customer success, and product teams to co-design solutions and onboard customers seamlessly.
Requirements:
- 4+ years at a top-tier consulting firm or B2B SaaS firm.
- Strong commercial instincts and track record of performance in high-pressure environments.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year institution.
- Demonstrated experience using AI tools to drive sales productivity and performance.
- Ability to manage long, consultative sales processes involving multiple regions and internal teams.
- Bonus: Experience in B2B SaaS, finance, or enterprise data platforms.
We offer a competitive compensation package, hybrid working from our central London office, 25+ days of annual leave, flexible working hours, and a budget for professional development. This is a rare opportunity to join a fast-scaling SaaS business where enterprise sales is strategic, supported, and central. You’ll work closely with the founders of the business on deals that matter, with companies undergoing real transformation, and you’ll be empowered to use the latest sales and AI tools to move faster, sell smarter, and win more.
In case you do not have sales experience, provide us with an example of how you have delivered customer value in one of your consulting projects.
