Are you a passionate and adaptable teacher seeking flexibility in your career? We are looking for dedicated Supply Teachers to join our network of schools across Norfolk, including Norwich, Great Yarmouth, Diss, Thetford, King’s Lynn, and North Norfolk. Whether you are an experienced educator or an ECT, we offer a variety of ad-hoc and short-term supply roles to suit your expertise and preferences.
As a Supply Teacher undertaking ad-hoc and short-term assignments you will play a vital role in maintaining high standards of education within local primary and secondary schools. You will deliver lessons to different year groups, following pre-set plans and providing support where needed. This role offers great flexibility, work-life balance, and the chance to experience teaching in a range of schools.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver high-quality lessons based on pre-set work
- Manage classroom behaviour and create a positive learning environment
- Support students of varying abilities and encourage their academic progress
- Build collaborative relationships with support staff and school teams
- Adapt to different teaching settings and year groups as required
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), QTLS, Further Education (FE) qualification, or equivalent
- Experience in primary or secondary education (or both!)
- Good classroom management skills
- A passion for education and helping students succeed
- Flexibility and adaptability in a variety of school environments
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Flexible Hours: Choose the days that suit you, from full-time to a couple of days per month—it’s that flexible!

If you have been overseas for six months or more, please ensure you obtain an overseas police check before returning. If you need assistance, feel free to contact us, and we can guide you through the process.
Registration is subject to a right to work check, references and an enhanced DBS check for the child workforce, registered with the Update Service. We can process a new DBS for you if required.
