Night Security & Concierge Worker – Leaving Care Project
Salary: £13.45 per hour.Hours: Shift‑based working across a 7‑day rolling rota, including some weekends, evenings and bank holidays. Minimum 37 hours per week available with option for overtime.
Sleeping-night work: This is a sleeping‑night role.
DBS: Enhanced DBS required.
Pension: 5% employer’s contribution; 5% employee (or matched at 6%)
Holiday entitlement: 28 days PLUS 8 days bank holidays.

As Night Security & Concierge Worker you will provide a calm, consistent and reassuring night‑time presence for young people aged 16 and over who are leaving care and living at Flavia and Strickland. The role is responsible for safety, security, housing management and property‑related functions. It does not include personal care or individual support.
You are the steady overnight presence young people can rely on – someone who offers warmth, fairness and clear boundaries in an environment where feeling safe really matters.
