Key Care & Support are a specialist provider of person-centred community support, supported living, respite and care-at-home support to adults and children with enhanced and individual needs. We are in search of dependable, enthusiastic, and committed Support Workers to offer person-focused assistance to children with epilepsy autism in Stockport. (A minimum of 12 months UK Support work experience in a similar role is essential.) NO VISA SPONSORSHIP IS AVAILABLE. We cannot sponsor a visa or take over existing sponsorship. Please ensure that you can commit to 20+ hours per week before applying. Working hours are as follows: Support; 20 hours term-time, 45 hours non-term time. Deliver empathetic, individualised care to young children dealing with Autism and Epilepsy. Qualified Driver (Full UK Driving Licence) Swimming Proficiency Required. Demonstrated expertise in supporting individuals with epilepsy and autism is mandatory. Prior experience working in nursery settings or caring for young children is essential. Must demonstrate an outgoing and approachable demeanour with extensive background supporting non-verbal children who engage with nursery rhymes, singing, and dancing activities. Proactive and can plan meaningful activities based on preferences. Legal permission to work in the UK is crucial, as we cannot provide sponsorship.
