We are in search of dependable, enthusiastic, and committed Support Workers to offer person-focused assistance to children with Epilepsy and Autism in Stockport. Extensive background supporting non-verbal children who engage with nursery rhymes, singing, and dancing activities. (Experience in a SEND or SEN School is advantageous.)
You will be supporting children of Nursery ages with Autism / Epilepsy.
A minimum of 12 months UK support work experience in a similar role is essential.
Qualified driver (Full UK Driving Licence.)
Swimming proficiency required.
Demonstrated expertise in supporting individuals with epilepsy and autism is mandatory.
Prior experience working in nursery settings or caring for young children is essential.
Must demonstrate an outgoing and approachable demeanour with extensive background supporting non-verbal children who engage with nursery rhymes, singing, and dancing activities.
Proactive and can plan meaningful activities based on preferences.
Initial pay rate is £13.75 per hour.
