We have an exciting opportunity for a part-time administrator based in our HUB in Sale (M33). The role is 09.30am-14.30 or 10.00am to 14.00pm Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer care skills
- Support the assistant Registered Manager with general administration
- Take the lead on the Roster Management for Community Support
- Email weekly work sheets to staff
- Deal with cancellations/amendments to shifts and update staff/roster in a timely manner
