Key Care & Support are a specialist provider of person-centred community support, supported living, respite and care at home support to adults and children with enhanced and individual needs. We are seeking skilled Support Workers to join us. If you are passionate about delivering outstanding, individualised support that enables people to build independence and enjoy an improved quality of life, we encourage you to apply. (Sponsorships are not available - Applicants must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to work in the UK.) Offer care and support tailored to each person Aid individuals with everyday tasks and personal care needs Encourage involvement in activities such as arts & crafts, music, and social events Foster independence and support decision-making processes Develop positive connections with individuals, their families, and professionals Follow established care plans and ensure accurate record-keeping Possessing a Level 2 or even Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care? That's amazing certainly a bonus! If you have a minimum of one year's experience in a UK social care environment, be it community or respite care, we're eager to connect with you! Adaptability is your strong suit, and you're prepared to handle any situation that arises. An Enhanced DBS check is necessary, but if you're without one, don't worry - we can help you with the application process! A full UK driving licence that you've held for over two years is a must since we're always on the move! You're reliable, adaptable, and genuinely committed to making a difference in the world. You have previous experience supporting individuals with autism, which is incredibly important to us. Legal permission to work in the UK is crucial, as we cannot provide sponsorship. Your English communication skills, both oral and written, are outstanding, enabling you to connect well with others. 5.6 weeks off each year, including those well-deserved
