Key Care & Support are a specialist provider of person centred community support, supported living, respite and care at home support to adults and children with complex and individual needs. We are seeking a proactive and organised Bookings Coordinator to join our team in the health and social care sector. This role is vital in ensuring the smooth scheduling of staff and services to meet the needs of our clients. Key Responsibilities: * Managing and coordinating staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage for all shifts. * Communicating effectively with staff and clients to confirm bookings and address queries. * Handling last-minute changes or cancellations efficiently. * Maintaining accurate records of bookings and shift allocations. * Supporting administrative/compliance tasks related to staffing and service delivery. Requirements: * Previous experience in a similar role or the health and social care sector is advantageous. * Excellent organisational and time management skills. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment. * Proficient in using scheduling software and Microsoft Office.
