Key Care & Support are a specialist provider of person centred community support, supported living, respite and care at home support to adults and children with complex and individual needs. We are a real living wage employer and are committed to paying the real living wage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To take calls and respond accordingly, liaising with on-call Manager as required for emergencies.
  • Monitor emails for temporary staffing requirements and fill as required.
  • Provide excellent customer care experience.

Experience:

  • Ideally, working knowledge of a Social Care setting.

Communication:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients, candidates, and internal teams. A confident and clear telephone manner.

Organisational Skills:

  • Ability to manage multiple clients and roles simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining accuracy.

Hours of work: Friday and Saturday/Sunday plus on-call payment of £30 per hour per night (20 hours a week) plus weekday on-call in rota with team.
