- Managing projects from approval through to completion, ensuring a consistent and high-quality delivery
- Bringing structure and clarity to project workflows, keeping teams aligned and informed
- Acting as the strategic lead on key client accounts
- Leading client relationships, building trust and long-term partnerships
- Overseeing project delivery through Project Managers, ensuring consistency and quality
- Setting direction and priorities across accounts, aligning internal teams
- Managing performance, identifying risks and driving proactive solutions
- Supporting forecasting, planning and commercial performance across accounts
- Identifying growth opportunities and driving account development To be successful in this role, you will:
- Highly developed skills and experience in project management
- Experience in signage, fit-out, construction or similar sectors
- Ability to manage client relationships and accounts
- Confident taking ownership and leading both clients and internal teams
- Strong commercial awareness and understand account performance
- A clear and confident communicator, able to influence and guide decisions
