We're recruiting on behalf of our client, a growing business in the managed print and office technology sector. They help businesses manage their printing and document needs more cost-effectively and sustainably.
This Telephone Sales Coordinator role is office-based role in a small, friendly team. You'll speak with businesses, introduce the company's services and book appointments for the wider team.
What you'll be doing
- Making outbound calls to businesses across different sectors
- Following up on marketing campaigns and mailers
- Building interest and booking appointments
- Keeping CRM records and follow-up details accurate
- Managing your own calls and follow-ups
- Working with the team to make the most of new opportunities
What we're looking for
- Experience in telesales, telemarketing, appointment setting or a similar role
- Confidence speaking with people over the phone
- A positive, resilient approach to handling objections
- Good organisation and attention to detail
- Someone who enjoys contributing as part of a supportive team
