This is a high-impact Executive Administrator role supporting the Head of Sales, Service and Marketing, acting as a central hub across sales, marketing, and customer service, removing administrative burden and ensuring priorities are followed through. This role suits someone who enjoys pace, variety, and being a trusted, proactive support and has a good understanding of marketing and social media within a commercial environment.
THE ROLE INVOLVES
- Admin Support
- Managing calendars, meetings, and communications
- Preparing agendas, taking minutes, tracking actions, and chasing follow-ups
- Organising digital files, documentation, travel, and accommodation
- Marketing Coordination
- Assisting with campaign administration and social media scheduling
- Coordinating content, assets, testimonials, and case studies
- Supporting email campaign preparation including data checks and segmentation
- Sales Admin
- Preparing sales reports, dashboards, and performance summaries
- Supporting CRM administration including data hygiene and pipeline updates
- Chasing the sales team for overdue actions and system updates
- Customer service and reporting
- Tracking escalations and ensuring actions are followed up
- Maintaining KPIs, trackers, and leadership summaries
- Assisting with SOPs, workflows, and process improvements
- Project coordination
- Supporting commercial projects and initiatives
- Tracking progress, chasing updates, and monitoring deadlines
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Proven experience as an Executive Administrator, PA, Executive Assistant, Commercial Assistant, or similar role
- Good knowledge of marketing and social media for commercial use
- Experience using a CRM system, HubSpot preferred but not essential
- Highly organised, proactive, and detail-focused
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Confident chasing actions politely but firmly
- Strong Excel and reporting capability
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Calm, reliable, and solutions-focused
