We are recruiting on behalf of Harrogate Neighbours Housing Association for an experienced and confident Care Manager to lead the care team at Heath Lodge in Boroughbridge. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who is passionate about delivering high standards of person-centred care and building a positive, motivated team culture.
The Role
As Care Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day leadership and operational management of care delivery within the home. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading, supervising and supporting senior carers, team leaders and care staff
