We are looking for a hands-on and motivated Production Supervisor on behalf of a well-established and forward-thinking manufacturing business based in Consett. The Role
Reporting into the Site Manager, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day running of production, ensuring operations are safe, efficient, and aligned with business targets. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading, motivating and supervising a team of around 20 employees
- Planning and coordinating daily production activities to meet quality and delivery targets
- Driving improvements through lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensuring full compliance with Health and Safety regulations
