We are recruiting on behalf of a successful property and accommodation business for an experienced Property Maintenance Operative to support several locations across Manchester.

The ideal candidate will be able to work on their own, take pride in their work, enjoy problem-solving and be confident dealing with a wide range of maintenance tasks.

Basic plumbing experience is essential, and you'll need to be flexible and adaptable as the role will vary depending on the maintenance requests received.

General duties include

  • Carrying out general maintenance and light repairs across different properties.
  • Completing basic plumbing repairs and maintenance.
  • Responding promptly to maintenance requests and finding practical solutions.

What we're looking for
