Facilities Management Helpdesk Coordinator: We are seeking a proactive and organised FM Helpdesk / Property Maintenance Coordinator on behalf of a growing facilities management company. Key Details: Job Type: Full-time / Permanent Hours: 35 hours per week / Mon-Fri / 9am-5pm Salary: £23,000-£26,000 per annum, based on experience Location: Huddersfield Fully office based – 10 minutes walk from Huddersfield train station On-call duties: Required on a rota basis 1 in 4 weekends (remote) Overview: Providing tailored facilities management solutions, offering everything from reactive property maintenance to full commercial fit-outs, this growing company manages thousands of properties across the UK.
