As a Telemarketing Executive, you'll be making outbound calls on behalf of their clients - speaking with senior decision-makers, generating qualified leads, and booking appointments for client sales teams. You won't be hard-closing or reading from a script. The role is about having genuine, well-informed business conversations, identifying the right opportunities, and knowing when to move on. Day to day you'll be:
- Making outbound B2B calls to prospective clients across a range of sectors
- Identifying and engaging decision-makers within target businesses
- Qualifying leads and booking appointments for client sales teams
- Keeping accurate call notes and updating the CRM
- Working to campaign targets and contributing to team performance
