What you’ll be doing:
- Screening CVs daily on behalf of our clients
- Conducting CV searches using online databases and job boards
- Identifying suitable candidates for a variety of roles
- Updating applications using our Recruitment Tracking System
What we’re looking for:
- Strong attention to detail and good written communication
- Confident IT skills and ability to use online tools
- Reliable, organised, and able to manage your own time
- Based in the Leeds / York area (remote role, but occasional in-person meetings required)
- An interest in recruitment and a desire to grow your commercial awareness
The Details:
- Minimum-hours contract (5 hours guaranteed)
- Approx. 1–2 hours per day (5–10 hours per week), with potential for more during busy periods
- Work can be completed weekdays or weekends – flexible around your schedule
- Full training provided
