Graduate Project Coordinator – Construction & Property DevelopmentLocation: Bradford / Halifax (office and site-based)Salary: £26,000 – £30,000 per year Are you a recent graduate looking to kick-start your career in construction and property development? This is an exciting opportunity to join a long-established, family-run business where you'll play a hands-on role in delivering residential property projects from start to finish.  THE ROLEYou'll work closely with the Managing Director, gaining experience across all stages of development – from initial planning and design to procurement and final handover.   • Assisting with the development and management of project programmes
  • Supporting specification agreements and procurement processes
  • Monitoring budgets, timelines, and progress on site
  • Identifying risks and helping to resolve issues
  • Coordinating with contractors, designers, and suppliers
  • Ensuring Health & Safety standards are met

 ABOUT YOU

  • A degree in a construction-related discipline (or similar experience)
  • Background in Site Management, Engineering, or Architecture welcomed
  • Enthusiasm for property development and construction
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication – written, verbal, and interpersonal
  • A proactive, adaptable approach with a positive mindset
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD or similar software would be an advantage
  • A clean driving licence
