Job Description
- Assisting with the development and management of project programmes
- Supporting specification agreements and procurement processes
- Monitoring budgets, timelines, and progress on site
- Identifying risks and helping to resolve issues
- Coordinating with contractors, designers, and suppliers
- Ensuring Health & Safety standards are met
 ABOUT YOU
- A degree in a construction-related discipline (or similar experience)
- Background in Site Management, Engineering, or Architecture welcomed
- Enthusiasm for property development and construction
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication – written, verbal, and interpersonal
- A proactive, adaptable approach with a positive mindset
- Knowledge of AutoCAD or similar software would be an advantage
- A clean driving licence
