Responsibilities
- Admin Support
- Managing calendars, meetings and communications
- Preparing agendas, taking minutes, tracking actions and chasing follow‑ups
- Organising digital files, documentation, travel and accommodation
- Marketing Coordination
- Assisting with campaign administration and social media scheduling
- Coordinating content, assets, testimonials and case studies
- Supporting email campaign preparation including data checks and segmentation
- Sales Admin
- Preparing sales reports, dashboards and performance summaries
- Supporting CRM administration including data hygiene and pipeline updates
- Chasing the sales team for overdue actions and system updates
- Customer service and reporting
- Tracking escalations and ensuring actions are followed up
- Maintaining KPIs, trackers and leadership summaries
- Assisting with SOPs, workflows and process improvements
- Project coordination
- Supporting commercial projects and initiatives
- Tracking progress, chasing updates and monitoring deadlines
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience as an Executive Administrator, PA, Executive Assistant, Commercial Assistant or similar role
- Good knowledge of marketing and social media for commercial use
- Experience using a CRM system, HubSpot preferred but not essential
- Highly organised, proactive and detail‑focused
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Confident chasing actions politely but firmly
- Strong Excel and reporting capability
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
- Calm, reliable and solutions‑focused
