We are recruiting a Marketing and Events Coordinator on behalf of a well-regarded solicitors firm. This varied, hands-on marketing role is ideal for someone who enjoys coordinating campaigns, scheduling, planning and assisting with events and working closely with colleagues across the business to support brand visibility and growth.

As Marketing and Events Coordinator, you will:

  • Support branch managers with tailored marketing plans
  • Coordinate marketing materials including flyers, posters, newsletters and e-newsletters
  • Assist with firm-wide marketing campaigns and promotions
  • Update and maintain website content
  • Support PR, advertising and media activity
  • Assist with marketing events and seminars
  • Maintain marketing databases and ensure data accuracy
  • Liaise with internal teams, suppliers and external partners
  • Draft, edit and proofread marketing content
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends

About You

Essential:

  • Organised, proactive and detail-focused
  • Previous experience in a varied marketing role
  • Experience supporting / organising events
  • Confidence working with digital marketing tools and platforms
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Good time management and organisational ability
  • A professional approach and understanding of confidentiality
  • Experience using Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Driving Licence essential

Desirable:

  • A Marketing Degree or related qualification
