We are recruiting an Internal Sales Account Manager on behalf of a well-established, family-run engineering company based in Cleckheaton.
Location: Cleckheaton, West Yorkshire
Salary: £28,000-£30,000 per annum (depending on experience) + bonus
Hours: 4 days per week / approx 28 hours per week
Employment Contract: Permanent

About the Internal Sales Account Manager role:
This is a key role within the sales and customer service team. You will work directly with B2B customers to build strong relationships, manage enquiries, and contribute to the delivery of projects worldwide. It's a hands-on position suited to someone who enjoys variety and wants to be part of a growing SME where their ideas and contributions are valued.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing B2B customers
- Respond to enquiries, provide quotes, and process orders efficiently
- Maximise sales through cross-selling, upselling, and follow-ups
- Maintain accurate records and price lists
- Support international customers in GBP, EUR and USD
- Conduct virtual customer meetings via Microsoft Teams
- Use Microsoft Dynamics Business Central to process and manage orders
- Participate in internal production planning meetings
- Identify new business opportunities and manage customer accounts proactively
Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in B2B internal sales, customer service (CX) or account management
- Previous experience in a product-based business is essential
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central (or NAV/Navision) preferred
