We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to oversee the daily operations of Michelin star restaurant, Muse by Tom Aikens. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in premium hospitality, demonstrating exceptional leadership skills to manage a diverse team.

Salary: £50,000-£55,000 per annum, based on experience

The Role

As the General Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of culinary excellence, guest satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

  • Lead and manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including service quality, team leadership, and kitchen management.
  • Supervise and train FOH team, ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations.
  • Oversee stock management, ordering supplies, and maintaining stock levels to ensure smooth operations.

Experience
