Fulfilment Associate
| Armley, Leeds Salary: £23,000 – £25,000 per annum, dependent on experience Hours: Full-time, Permanent (37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday)
We are looking for a Fulfilment Associate to join an innovative product design company based in Leeds.
This business designs and re-engineers consumer goods to make them more sustainable and environmentally friendly, with products distributed globally through their own e-commerce platforms.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a small, friendly team where everyone plays an important role in delivering exceptional quality and service.

Key Responsibilities: Pick, pack and prepare customer orders to company standards Coordinate shipments and work with courier partners for dispatch Receive and log inbound deliveries Process returns and prepare items for re-work Support with light assembly or product repair after training Maintain quality control and contribute to process improvements
About You: Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfilment or production role Strong organisational and multitasking skills Excellent attention to detail and a proactive attitude Computer literacy and accurate data entry skills Flexible, team-oriented approach and willingness to learn An interest in engineering or product design would be an advantage
