eCommerce Optimisation Manager | Armely, Leeds (onsite)
Salary: Circa £35,000 per annum | Hours: Full-time, Permanent
We are looking for an eCommerce Optimisation Manager on behalf of a fast‑growing product design company whose brands are built around sustainability, innovation, and engineering excellence. This is an exciting opportunity to take full ownership of their digital conversion strategy and shape how customers engage and buy through their Shopify eCommerce platform.
The Role
- Analyse customer journeys and user behaviour to identify conversion barriers and opportunities
- Develop and manage an ongoing testing and optimisation roadmap (A/B and multivariate tests)
- Use analytics and reporting tools to monitor key KPIs including bounce rate, time on site, checkout completion, and conversion rate
- Work collaboratively with UX/UI designers, developers, and marketers to bring optimisation ideas to life
- Implement segmentation and personalisation strategies to engage different audience groups
- Lead by influence to ensure the team is aligned on CRO goals and improvements
- Stay current with eCommerce and digital marketing trends, particularly within Shopify and connected platforms
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience improving eCommerce performance through CRO and data‑driven optimisation
- Strong understanding of Shopify, analytics, and performance marketing metrics
- Confident in interpreting data and turning insights into actionable recommendations
- Experience working with UX principles, behavioural psychology, and digital usability
- ROI‑focused mindset with a passion for creating measurable growth
- 2‑5 years\’ experience in CRO, eCommerce analytics, or digital performance marketing
What’s on Offer
- Circa £35,000 per annum depending on experience
- 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
- Flexible working hours – core hours are 10:00am to 3:30pm
