THE OPPORTUNITY
We are recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing UK business in the outdoor living sector, renowned for producing sustainable, premium composite products that are stocked and installed nationwide.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a diligent CRM and Digital Marketing Manager to play a pivotal role in shaping automation, digital marketing strategy, and customer engagement processes.
THE ROLE
This is a varied position where you'll take ownership of CRM development, digital marketing campaigns, and marketing automation. The role blends technical expertise with creativity, requiring someone who ideally has experience of both ODOO and HubSpot and a good understanding of digital marketing channels, reporting, and system integrations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- CRM & Automation (ODOO & HubSpot) - manage pipelines, workflows, automations (including WhatsApp), data integrity, email campaigns, and reporting for the Senior Leadership Team.
- Systems & Integrations - manage Typeform and RingCentral integrations, oversee ticketing systems, and contribute to continuous improvement.
- ERP Systems - support and develop CRM/ERP solutions within ODOO.
- Email Marketing - deliver targeted campaigns, run A/B testing, and use segmentation to improve open rates and engagement.
- Web & SEO - update and maintain WordPress and Shopify websites, apply SEO best practices, and utilise GA4, SEMrush, and Yoast for insight and optimisation.
- Digital Marketing - plan and manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns, oversee social media scheduling, and drive lead generation.
ABOUT YOU
We're looking for someone who:
- Has proven expertise in CRM automation ideally with both ODOO and HubSpot.
- Brings a strong digital marketing background across paid ads, email, and social media.
- Is analytical, detail-focused, and comfortable presenting insights to senior leaders.
- Can manage multiple projects and integrations effectively.
- Experience with online marketplaces such as Amazon or B&Q.
- Knowledge of AI tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Understanding of lead nurturing, segmentation, and account-based marketing.
- Design or creative skills to enhance campaigns.
